The Bachelor’s programme International Business & Sustainability (IBS) brings together core management education, sustainable innovation and cross-cultural perspectives. Taught fully in English, the programme equips students to navigate dynamic global markets, communicate across cultural boundaries and contribute responsibly to sustainable economic development.
Sustainability is embedded throughout the curriculum as a core principle rather than a standalone topic. Located in the German-Dutch border region, the programme connects academic study with export-oriented enterprises and vibrant cross-border networks. Career Prospects
Graduates of International Business & Sustainability pursue diverse careers at the intersection of business and sustainable transformation.
Many take on sustainability and ESG management or CSR coordination, guiding organisations towards transparent, socially responsible practices. Others work in sustainable supply chain management, green finance or strategy and transformation consulting, embedding sustainability criteria into logistics, capital markets and business models.
Further paths lead into international human resource management, shaping inclusive and agile talent systems, or into circular economy and product innovation, advancing closed-loop material cycles and sustainable product development.
