Structure and concent

The programme is divided into three phases. The Foundation and Orientation Phase spans the first three semesters and builds a broad foundation in international business, sustainability and management fundamentals, complemented by essential digital and analytical skills — from Introduction to International Business and Sustainable Supply Chain Management to Applied Data Research and Business Law.

Building on this foundation, the Specialisation and Profiling Phase lets students choose one of two profiles from the fourth semester onward: Transformation Management, focused on green business and the circular economy, or Human Resource Management, focused on new work and global talent pipelines. Accompanying courses in intercultural management and communication and a second foreign business language sharpen students' international profile.

The programme concludes with the Final Phase, in which an Applied Business Project, an internship, and the Bachelor's thesis are typically completed in close cooperation with a partner company.

Practice orientation

Case studies, collaborative workshops and field visits with internationally operating companies provide direct insight into contemporary business challenges, strengthening analytical thinking, teamwork and professional communication skills from day one.
