Award winning bass player, musician, artist and musical producer Edgar Muzah is set to take his sound to Europe again this June as he joins forces with Kapi Gantsu for a highly anticipated tour across Germany from 4–15 June 2026. Edgar Muzah has built a reputation as one of the most dynamic and musically intentional musicians to come out of Southern Africa. A SAMA Award winner, his work sits at the intersection of World Music, Afro jazz, indigenous sound, and contemporary global music. Whether on stage or in studio, his approach is rooted in musicality, feel and purpose something that continues to resonate with audiences locally and internationally. Kapi Gantsu brings a voice and perspective that is equally grounded and powerful. Drawing from Xhosa traditions, Hymns and modern sonic textures, his music carries a raw honesty that speaks directly to the soul. His live work, in particular, has positioned him as an artist who doesn’t just perform, but connects. This tour is a continuation of an already proven musical synergy between the two artists. Together, they bring a sound that is both intentional and free - structured in its musical excellence, but open in its expression. It’s African music in its truest form: evolving, collaborative and deeply rooted. Audiences in Germany can expect a live experience that is rich in groove, storytelling, and musical conversation led by world class musicianship and an uncompromising commitment to the craft.
