Contents of study

Up-to-date management knowledge, enhancement of key qualifications such as leadership and intercultural competences. The contents build up on the knowledge gained in business- and economics-related Bachelor programs.

General Competences Modules: (1) Applied Business Research, (2) Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governances and (3) Leadership in International OrganisationsKey Competences Modules: (1) International Political Economy, (2) Human Resource Management in Multinational Enterprises, (3) Performance, Risk and Resilience, (4) International Corporate Finance, (5) Digital Enterprise Management, (6) Strategic Management in Disruptive Times Theory and Practice, (7) International Economics and Business, (8) Legal Aspects of International Trade and (9) International MarketingSpecialisations and electives: Choice of two electives from three specialisations, the following electives with three modules each are available: (1) Consulting (English language), (2) Innovation and Transformation (English language), (3) Marketing Management (partly in English language), (4) Human Resource Management (German language), (5) Change Management (German language) and (6) Digital Business (German language)

Study abroad and double degree program

Optional study semester abroad at selected partner universities during the 3rd semester. For students who have not been abroad for a study semester or an internship during their Bachelor program, the study semester abroad is strongly recommended.
