International Economics and Sustainability (B.A.)

Bachelor of Arts

Features of the degree program International Economics and Sustainability

The Bachelor of International Economics and Sustainability is international, practice-oriented and innovative. It deals with current issues in economics and politics, as well as the history and ethical problems of business. One semester abroad and one practical semester are integral part of this seven-semester course of study.

Graduates of this bachelor's program will find employment for example in advisory functions and in strategic planning. In large companies, banks or in the public sector, economists have the task of assessing economic effects. As consultants to companies or in politics, they have to provide decision-makers with targeted information and expertise. Also, development cooperation would be unthinkable without an economic component.

The Faculty of Business Management and Social Sciences is a member of EFMD Global. EFMD (European Foundation of Management Development) is a network of business schools and corporations dedicated to enhance excellence in management education and development globally.
