Business Informatics (B.Sc.), Campus Lingen (Ems)Bachelor of Science

Features of the degree program Business Informatics

The Business Informatics deals with the design, development and use of business information and communication systems. It combines the traditional disciplines of business administration and informatics to form a separate scientific discipline. The degree program focuses on the main tasks of business informatics scientists. It conveys the core competencies of business informatics in addition to the basics of business administration and informatics. The topic range is rounded off by mathematics and key qualifications.

The degree program combines scientific foundation with practical training. Traditional forms of teaching and learning are supported through case studies, laboratory exercises and the implementation of projects on a team. Not only technical, but also methodical and social skills are promoted in this way.
