Mechatronics (B.Sc.)

Bachelor of Science

Features of the degree program

In the degree program Mechatronics, students learn about modern devices and systems from various areas of everyday life and industry, whose functions are based on the interaction between mechanics, electronics, and information technology. In addition to the mathematical and scientific foundations, the program focuses primarily on the disciplines of mechanics, electrical engineering, computer science, and systems technology as the link between them. General, non-technical contents such as English and project management give students a perspective that extends beyond the limits of their field. Two compulsory elective subjects help students find an individual focus.

Thanks to their broadly based training, graduates of this degree program are highly sought after in the areas of development, production, technical marketing, and technical sales and distribution by companies in diverse sectors.
