Features of the degree program International Business and Management

International Business and Management is an internationally oriented Bachelor degree program. Students acquire knowledge and skills in all business areas and can work as junior managers in companies or organizations. They will learn to act in the sense of sustainable value creation and to help develop solutions for global companies.

The courses are instructed in German and English and in small, international study groups. The degree program thus gives students the opportunity to acquire cross-cultural competencies during their studies and to make contacts from all over the world.

In the program, student can choose between various areas of specialization. At the same time, they learn other foreign languages and gain experience abroad. One semester abroad is mandatory in the fourth semester and is spent at one of over 100 cooperating universities worldwide.
