Managing Social Change: Your Bachelor’s Degree for the Public and Nonprofit Sectors
Do you want to help shape society and work towards a better quality of life for everyone?
In the Bachelor's program in Public Management, you'll study three disciplines simultaneously: economics, politics, and law. Here, you'll acquire the expertise to make a meaningful contribution to the common good. This requires more than just traditional business administration skills; you'll learn to professionally manage public and non-profit organizations and implement sustainable solutions.
Starting in the third semester, you'll choose your individual focus from five options and refine your personal profile. Practical experience is key: In projects, internships, and field trips, you'll apply your knowledge directly and build valuable contacts for your future career. International opportunities and a semester abroad at one of our more than 100 partner universities will open up additional perspectives.
Good management enables public institutions and projects to be designed effectively and sustainably. As a future specialist and leader, you'll apply economic expertise to areas such as education, health, the environment, and social services to effect positive change and improve people's quality of life.
