General information for international applicants

Admission requirements

1. General university entry qualification
2. The ability to study in English demonstrated by the original or a certified copy of an internationally recognized language certificate which may not be older than 3 years:
Individual Tests  Minimum requirement: Level B2            
3. Basic knowledge of the German language is required from international applicants (minimum level: A1; recommended level: A2).

Placement tests

Mathematics and a second foreign language (as a rule this is German)

Language of instruction

The language of instruction is English. Students may choose among the following for their second foreign language: German (for foreign students), French, Spanish, Russian or Chinese

Business management with marketing, logistics, human resources, financial statements, private labor and business law, European law, sustainable value creation, individually selectable area of specialisation

Cooperation

There are more than 100 partner universities at which students spend their semester abroad.

Study abroad

A mandatory study semester abroad at a partner university or cooperating university is integrated in the 4th resp. 5th semester.
