1. Writing an essay on the own position and career perspective in the area of higher education management and the expectations about the HWM programme in this context.
2. Reading a number of classsical texts on higher education management, selected on the basis of indicated individual strengths and weaknesses
3. Advice on selected readings to equalize different levels of pre-qualification of students.

Wissensverbreiterung
The students have basic knowledge of the higher education system and are able to interprete their own role in this.

They understand and estimate the relevance of the HWM study programme for the own career track.

They are able to reflect their expectations about the HWM programme and to plan study outcomes according to their needs.
