Kurzbeschreibung

Logistics is an essential driver for the dynamic processes of change and development in the economy. Innovative solutions for digitally controlled value chains and automation, for the intelligent networking of transport modes and for the development of alternative drives and business processes against the backdrop of climate change are conceived in logistics. Many entrepreneurial opportunities for start-up companies arise from this innovation potential of logistics.

The module provides an understanding of the role and importance of logistics innovation in business and society. Particular learning outcomes focus on the processes and methods for creatively discovering and developing logistics innovations, as well as the steps involved in creating start-up companies. In addition, current concepts and developments in the logistics start-up environment are discussed in order to understand what makes innovations successful.

Bemerkung zur Prüfungsform

Die Portfolio-Prüfung umfasst 100 Punkte und besteht aus einer einstündigen Klausur (K1), einer Präsentation (PR) und einem Lerntagebuch (LTB). Die K1 wird mit 50 Punkten gewichtet, die PR mit 30 Punkten und das LTB wird mit
20 Punkten gewichtet
