Kurzbeschreibung

This module enables students to apply the subject-specific and interdisciplinary competences acquired in the course of their studies in a practical, professional environment (internship). The students use the competences and experiences gained to elaborate on a practical problem in writing and in a scientifc manner. 

Lehr-Lerninhalte

  • Organisation and development of the work process of the practical project (internship) in consultation with the supervising lecturer
  • Independent academic report on a topic relevant to practice (written report)

Zusammenhang mit anderen Modulen

The internship is closely connected to the bachelor thesis that the IEMS students write straight after their internship. During the internship the students are given the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge that they have learnt and acquired throughout their whole IEMS degree course.
