Structure of the program

The bachelor's degree program in Business Psychology at Hochschule Osnabrück is designed with a standard study period of six semesters and 180 credit points.

The business-related modules provide entrepreneurial expertise, enabling graduates to seamlessly integrate into the business world. The curriculum places the greatest emphasis on psychological content, with approximately 60 percent of the courses dedicated to foundational and advanced psychological modules.

A significant focus is placed on providing a solid education in the methods of empirical social research. In the methodological modules, students learn to apply psychological research techniques, such as creating questionnaires, analyzing surveys, and conducting interviews.

In the later stages of the program, students choose between specializations in "Human Resources and Organization," "Market Psychology and Marketing," or "Health Psychology."

A voluntary semester abroad is integrated into the course of study.
