Operational Excellence Hub

Center for Administrative Excellence

Operational Excellence Hub – Establishing a Center for Applied Transformational Excellence

– reduces the workload for researchers, faculty, staff, and students, consolidates expertise, and expands digital services.

The Operational Excellence Hub is at the heart of organizational development in the TExAS project.
It empowers Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences to streamline processes, clarify responsibilities, and improve collaboration through modern structures and digitalization. The result is a university that is adaptable, efficient, and forward-looking.
The subproject thus brings together technical, organizational, and cultural aspects – to foster greater clarity, quality, and a positive attitude toward change.
