Coronavirus (Covid-19): current information for members of Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences (March 12, 2020)
All face-to-face courses will be suspended from Monday, March 16, 2020 through Sunday, April 19, 2020 (further information).
The ServiceDesk is still manned during regular service hours. We avoid personal contact on site, but you can reach us by phone and email.
Submission of theses and documents
For the submission of your theses and documents, you can use the mailbox in front of the Registrar's office's entrance (within the AF building) during the regular building opening hours. Outside opening hours, please use the mailbox in front of the AB building (Albrechtstrasse entrance).
All three mailboxes are emptied regularly and your documents are processed.
Replacement of CampusCards
As of Monday, CampusCards can also no longer be picked up in person. Please contact us by phone to find a solution.
Access to the validation machine
The AB building will remain closed. The validation machine is therefore not accessible. Please contact us by phone to find a solution.
The ServiceDesk serves as the first point of contact for technical questions and problems that affect the central IT services of the university.
In addition, we forward incoming inquiries to the relevant employee group (e.g. to employees of the IT Service Center or the Faculty IT).
First-level support for the registrar's office also falls within our area of responsibility. We provide initial information to applicants and students and answer standard inquiries. Further inquiries and applications will be forwarded to the responsible clerks in the student secretariat for processing and decision-making.
In addition, documents, applications and final theses can be submitted during our service hours.

Sometimes it is helpful to have a look at your screen using TeamViewer.
To do this, you need to run the Quicksupport file on your PC. This is an executable application. There is no installation.
