In four semesters – three major subject semesters and a final semester with Master’s thesis and colloquium – we prepare you for exciting professional task fields. With the thematic focus of Sustainable Nutrition Management, we trace an arc from the production of food products to the development of food offerings and the trade up to the consumer and his consumption decisions.
