Conference fee

We kindly request binding registration! For external participants and guests (e.g. representatives of non-profit organisations), a conference fee of €45 applies, which is only payable upon receipt of confirmation of participation. This includes attendance at the conference and the practical workshops, as well as lunch and dinner if you are participating in the networking dinner. Students, alumni and members of Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences can participate free of charge.

The summer party is organised by the Student Association for Nonprofit Management e.V., and a small contribution towards expenses may be charged for the on-site brunch. Further details will be announced to participants at a later date.

Cancellation

External participants and guests (e.g. representatives of non-profit organisations) can cancel their registration until 1 September 2026 for a processing fee of €10. If they cancel after this date, they will have to pay the full participation fee.
