Qualified Bachelor, diploma, or comparable degree in commercial law or economics or First State Examination in Law. Basic knowledge of English. For foreign students: the ability to study in German
- Placement test
Participation in placement tests at the beginning of the study program is voluntary.
- Language of instruction
German, with the option to attend modules in the English language. German- and English-language literature is used in the courses.
The degree program combines the disciplines of law and business administration.
- Areas of concentration
Leadership training and team development, strategic management, antitrust law, corporate law, analysis of global economic conditions, challenges and solution strategies in personnel policy, law of international goods traffic, seminar / case studies on European law, choice of two legal specializations
