Admission requirements

Qualified Bachelor, diploma, or comparable degree in commercial law or economics or First State Examination in Law. Basic knowledge of English. For foreign students: the ability to study in German

Placement test

Participation in placement tests at the beginning of the study program is voluntary.

Language of instruction

German, with the option to attend modules in the English language. German- and English-language literature is used in the courses.

Features

The Master of Business Law is an interdisciplinary course of study consisting of business law, business and economics modules as well as key qualifications.

Areas of concentration

You can choose to focus on human resources and labor law, international tax law and digitalization law.
