Coronavirus (Covid-19): current information for members of Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences


Overview (as of April 16, 2021)

  • With the exception of the Institute for Music and the buildings of the library locations, all buildings of the university will be closed until May 02, 2021. The use of seminar rooms or self-study areas is not possible.
  • Until May 2nd, 2021 there will be no face-to-face events, no face-to-face exams and colloquia.
  • Mandatory mask-wearing inside all buildings of Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences as well as in the areas immediately in front of them and in parking lots with a distance rule of a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between people 
  • All locations of the university library are open in compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations
    • Opening hours:
      Campus Westerberg: Mon - Fri 09.00 - 20.00, Sat 10.00 - 14.00
      Campus Haste and Lingen: Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00, Sat 10.00 - 14.00
    • Admission in all libraries until 15 min before closing time.
    • The use of the Lingen Campus Library is only possible for students and employees of Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences until further notice.
    • The library may only be entered with a medical mask (surgical mask or FFP2 mask). So-called everyday masks are no longer allowed.
  • All public university events outside of teaching, such as specialist conferences and colloquia with external participants, will not take place in attendance until at least May 31, 2021.
