Admission requirements

University entrance qualification and a subject-related internship of 12 weeks. At least 6 of the 12 weeks must be completed before commencing studies. The internship may be omitted if certain achievements can be demonstrated.

The degree program is characterized by its strong practical relevance and the intensive support of the teaching staff.

Areas of concentration

Students are instructed in the theoretical and methodological foundations of the science of social work. In addition, students are instructed in the related fields of education, psychology, law, and social sciences.

Approx. 350 Euro semester fee per semester

Study abroad

It is generally possibly to study abroad. Also, foreign stays in England and Sweden are integrated in the module "International Social Work".

Internship semester

Two internships are completed in conjunction with studies from the second to the fifth semester. A Practical Scientific Project is carried out in the sixth semester.
