Structure of the program

The Business Administration dual Bachelor's degree at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences is comprised of seven semesters. The degree program combines a Business Administration study with commercial professional training. After graduation, graduates have a Chamber of Commerce qualification and a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Commercial training in the first study stage (semesters 1–4)

In the first four semesters, students work in the company from Mondays to Wednesdays and complete their vocational training. On Thursdays, they attend vocational school. Lectures at the University are scheduled for Thursday afternoons and Fridays. After the first study stage, students should master the commercial activities and be able to implement them.

The first four semesters are completed with the commercial final examination at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Completion of the second study stage with the Bachelor of Arts (semesters 5–7)

In the second study stage, students continue to work at the company from Mondays to Wednesdays. On Thursdays and Fridays, there are lectures, seminars and examinations at the University. In this period, students are taught further theoretical knowledge and deepen the knowledge already gained in the first four semesters.

The degree program ends with the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration after the 7th semester.
