Workshop: Courage is a muscle (Noëmi Sander, Radikale Töchter)
Since 2019 Radikale Töchter has been inspiring young people and young adults to engage in political participation through playful, hands-on methods. Our training program, blending action, art, and politics, is designed to ignite a spark – to show just how simple it can be to take action. It's for a critical mass of courageous people reigniting their passion: for democracy. For human rights. For social justice. For liberty, equality, and solidarity. Art is exchange, interpretation, and a way to reflect on realities around us. Art can serve as a (political) space for negotiation, experimenting with values and visions of human connection. It’s about breaking free from powerlessness and diving into action. Since the 1960s, action art has challenged traditional notions of art. Is it theater? An intervention? Action art seeks to renew society through creative means . It happens outside of art and cultural institutions – on the streets, in the air, or on a lake – the public is able to witness and participate without buying a ticket. Here, artistic tools are used to intervene in social and political realities. What does it achieve? Surprise, joy, and a serious workout for your courage muscles. At its best, it generates political pressure that shakes up power structures.
 

Workshop: The Justification Trap: Balancing Compliance, Impact and Scarce Resources (Thea Blume und Kathrin Loer)
Non-profit organisations increasingly operate under mounting and often conflicting demands to justify their work. Regulatory compliance, funder reporting, impact measurement and public legitimacy all compete for attention at once. At the same time, the resources needed to meet these demands are growing scarcer. This interactive workshop brings together practitioners, experts and researchers from the non-profit sector to diagnose these layered justification pressures, discuss their real-world impact, and explore strategic responses for navigating them under constrained resources.
 

Workshop: Krisenkommunikation (Ralf Garten)
Kommunikation in Krisen hat viele Facetten. Es geht um Schnelligkeit, Ehrlichkeit und Führsorge und nicht selten stehen auch die Kommunikationsexpertinnen fassungslos inmitten einer Krise. Was also tun, was braucht es an Rüstzeug, resilienten Eigenschaften oder auch Notfallplänen, um meine Organisation sorgsam aus einer Krise zu führen und richtig zu kommunizieren? Dieser Workshop gibt einen Einblick in das Thema Krisenkommunikation und macht Lust, sich auch mit Krisen stärker auseinanderzusetzen.

Workshop: KI und Demokratie: Geht das zusammen? (Melanie Stein)
Kann KI uns helfen, Demokratie wieder näher an die Menschen zu bringen? Was für einige zunächst paradox klingen mag, muss keineswegs ein Widerspruch sein. Mit FUX entwickeln wir ein neues Beteiligungstool, das junge Menschen dabei unterstützt, aus eigenen Anliegen gemeinsam ins Handeln zu kommen. Im Workshop teilen wir unser Work in Progress - mit Chancen, Grenzen und offenen Fragen. Außerdem blicken wir mit unserer Initiative "Wir sind der Osten" auf Unterschiede und Gemeinsamkeiten von NPOs in Ost und West: Welche unterschiedlichen Voraussetzungen gibt es für Engagement und Beteiligung und wie können wir besser zusammenwirken, um Demokratie zu stärken? Ein Workshop zum Ausprobieren, Diskutieren und Weiterdenken.
