Program structure

Structure of the program

The standard period of study of the modularly-structured Dental Technology Bachelor's degree program is six semesters.

In the first two semesters, mathematic-natural science and engineering basic subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statics, Strength of Materials and Production Technology are taught.

Starting in the fourth semester, value is placed on dental-medical materials and processes.

Elective modules, interdisciplinary modules, the project week of the faculty as well as a scientific practical project and the Bachelor thesis with 15 credit points round out the curriculum in the sixth semester.

The degree program concludes with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) title.
