Features of the degree program Healthcare Management

The Master degree program Healthcare Management (formerly Management for Health Services) is characterized by years of healthcare expertise in research and instruction at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. It is oriented especially towards economists with a professional focus on health facilities, future, goal-oriented healthcare managers, and nursing experts.

The degree program offers research-led management training with theory-led instruction and prepares students for future specialist and management tasks in the healthcare sector. A unique selling point of the program is the application-oriented research.

Within the Faculty of Business Management and Social Sciences, the healthcare field is distinguished by its numerous research projects and a variety of profound publications on topics related to healthcare. Instruction is carried out by professors who, in addition to their specialist and academic qualifications, have qualified research experience in relevant fields with ongoing collaborations in the health sector.
