Through best practice examples, practice-oriented foundations, scientific results and thorough discussions with participants from other companies, you will learn to perceive diversity not as a threat, but to accept it, utilise it successfully, and manage it. The seminar will first provide you with an initial insight and basic understanding of diversity, diversity management, and subject areas.

After passing the exam, participants will receive a university certificate.

Regarding the public sector, the course is primarily aimed at public authorities, universities, commissioners for gender equality, commissioners for integration, commissioners for people with disabilities, managers, and stakeholders. Regarding the private sector, the offer is aimed at managers who work in medium-sized companies, large corporations, companies in the healthcare sector, non-profit organizations, or political groups.
