Individual Diagnostics
A key addition to our services is the Cult-Euro-1 Test—the first empirically validated and standardized tool for measuring intercultural competence. It offers two independent modules: one for general intercultural competence and another for culture-specific competence in the German context. This cutting-edge tool is ideal for personnel diagnostics and development in multinational teams, public services, and client-facing roles with international customers.
The module for general intercultural competence equips employees to handle intercultural challenges, whether within teams, with clients, or on overseas assignments. The Cult-Euro-1 Test provides a solid, evidence-based foundation for making informed personnel decisions and serves as a valuable resource for training, coaching, and other awareness-building initiatives.
