Rather than exploring these four key areas in isolation, they are approached from a multidisciplinary perspective. After all, these future issues are interlinked, requiring comprehensive and complex responses involving interdisciplinary expertise:

The Talent Academy – Talents for Green Transformation sees itself as a platform for combining the different expertise of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Landscape Architecture (AuL) and the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science (IuI).

It takes a variety of disciplines and expertise to meet the grand challenges of our time. All departments of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Landscape Architecture and one department of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science have formed a consortium to conduct joint research and share insights in an effort to develop collaborative solutions. This expertise is pooled in the Talent Academy, facilitating the exploration of cross-thematic transformation processes. The professors involved in the academy also act as mentors, guiding talents on their career paths and encouraging them to further develop their skills.
