Have you experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or violence?

With this form, you can anonymously report incidents of discrimination, harassment, or violence that you have experienced or witnessed on campus or in the context of your studies or employment at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. This report does not constitute a complaint as defined by the guidelines. Rather, it will be used for monitoring purposes and to develop appropriate countermeasures.

Anyone who would like to seek confidential counseling and/or file a complaint can contact the appropriate counselors or indicate their request for counseling on the form by providing contact information.

What does confidential counseling mean?

The Equal Opportunity Office and the Anti-Discrimination Office offer confidential counseling in cases of discrimination, harassment, and violence. Individuals who have witnessed an incident and are seeking guidance on how to proceed may also seek counseling. Counseling is provided in a manner that supports the interests and wishes of the affected person. There is no pressure to take any specific action. Upon request, you will also receive guidance on filing a complaint under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
