Mission Statement

Managing change places high demands on corporate management, especially against the backdrop of major transformations such as digitization or a climate-neutral economy. As a rule, all decisions relating to goals, strategies, organization, processes and people must be reconsidered. From this perspective, change management consists of managing learning and adaptation processes in and of organizations. The success of change depends largely on the attitudes and interpretations of the organization's members. Without the organization's members changing, the organization cannot change either. In this context, corporate communications is therefore expanding its normative, strategic and operational tasks in order to improve the prospects of success for change management projects and processes. At the same time, it must have a significantly expanded range of tools at its disposal.
