Brief description

The economic success of construction projects and construction companies also depends on the contractor knowing and being able to use the options for action under private construction law. Dealing with defects, proper invoicing and the payment of outstanding invoices in accordance with the contract are components of daily practice in construction projects. Ignorance of possible courses of action, mistakes in handling one's own rights and lack of knowledge of management tools to enforce these rights can jeopardise the success and continued existence of construction companies.
