Brief description

Students are enabled to recognize the importance of strategic leadership in order to be able to implement it in practice. In doing so, they learn about trends, agility, digital challenges as well as opportunities and cultural characteristics in companies. Influencing these modern success factors succeeds through knowledge of methods and models. The students will deal with general and individual social competencies, self-/time organization and successful leadership with the help of theoretical principles in combination with exercises. In addition, you will learn important leadership styles and success factors for employee management in order to be able to use them situationally.

Remark on the assessment methods

The standard type of examination is portfolio examination (in case of deviation, one of the alternative examination types mentioned will be selected by the examiner and announced at the beginning of the course)

Exam duration and scope

The portfolio exam consists of the sub-exams:

E-exam (30 min., max. 25%) + E-exam (30 min., max. 25%) + oral exam (max. 50% of the total number of points to be achieved)
