During the semester abroad, students attend modules at a foreign partner university.
- Teaching and learning outcomes
The semester abroad is made up of modules from the following subject areas, chosen by the student and offered by the foreign partner university:
- Key Qualifications: Business Information System and Data Management (SAP), Financial Accounting and ESG Reporting, Statistics and Concepts of AI, Leadership in modern Organizations, Development of Business Models and Research Methods, Global Economic Framework and Strategic Management
- Core Competences – Management Accounting: Management Accounting based on ERP Software, Projekt- and Investment Controlling, Strategic Controlling and Business Analytics
- Core Competences – Finance: Advanced Corporate Finance, Banking and Financial Consulting, Financial Markets and Investment)
- Core Competences - Management in Business Practice: Risk Management, Practical Projekt Finance, Practical Projekt Controlling
- Electives: Digital Business, Change Management, Marketing Management, Human Resources Management, Innovation and Transformation
The selected modules should not overlap thematically with the compulsory Controlling and Finance curriculum. Country-specific modules can also be taken into account in order to deepen the foreign-related specialised knowledge.
