Brief description

This module has a business administration focus. It provides - in each case with reference to China - insights into central business administration topic areas, such as procurement in China, investment conditions, China as a sales market, import & export, etc. In addition, the basics of the political system and the legal system are introduced.

The Chinese economic system The political system in China China’s legal system Investment conditions and company forms for foreign investments Distribution channels, marketing and consumer behaviour in China Procurement in China, search for suppliers, strategies for establishing contact, quality management Special features of import and export Negotiation strategies and business etiquette in China.

Knowledge Broadening

Students who take this module acquire an overview of features particular to the Chinese market. China is examined both as a sales market and as a procurement market.

Communication and Cooperation

This module includes topics such as business practices in China. Participants acquire knowledge about typical negotiation strategies and the basics of business etiquette in China.
