Fundamentals of vocational training in industrial-technical skilled work: The ability to analyze the requirements of industrial-technical skilled work and to deal with the resulting vocational and subject-didactic questions of training and further education in different occupational fields and learning locations is taught.
- Teaching and learning outcomes
1. Historical, current and future development of industrial-technical skilled work
2. Work and occupational science fundamentals of the analysis and design of work systems and processes
3. Technical, work organizational and personnel requirements for skilled work
4. Analysis of contents, objects and dimensions of occupational work and their effects on the design of educational and qualification processes
5. System of occupational fields/groups and recognized training occupations, especially in electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics, metalworking and automotive engineering
6. Structures, role and task of the learning venues and institutions of vocational education and training (vocational schools, companies, chambers, social partners, associations, etc.)
7. Introduction to the concepts, models and theories of vocational didactics
8. Current topics in the design of vocational education and training processes (sustainability, heterogeneity, digitalization)
9. Guiding principles of vocational education and training and competence models
