- Brief description
- Corporate management is characterised by the objective of aligning and developing the company within the existing market environment and other framework conditions in such a way that it can compete successfully in the long term. In particular, this requires a wide range of strategic and cross-divisional decisions by the company management. In addition to the selection of sustainable strategies based on the results of analyses and evaluations, this includes above all efficient financing and collateralisation. In primary agricultural production, debt financing is predominant. This is the subject of the module, alongside the concept of strategic management.
