DIES International Deans' Course

Applications for the next DIES International Deans Course Southeast Asia will be accepted until November 16th, 2025.

In order to start your application process, please, complete the online form first. Upon submission of the registration, you should receive an automated confirmation message sent to the email address you used in the online form. Make sure, you received it. We also advise you check your email spam filter if this notification fails. Next, kindly complete the registration and submit the full set of the application documents until the end of the application period:

•    letter of motivation (incl. draft of the PAP)
•    a copy of your passport or ID card
•    organizational chart of your home institution showing the section where you are working in
•    letter of recommendation and confirmation of financial support from the university leadership
•    one additional letter of recommendation, e.g., from a DAAD alumnus or alumna, if possible
