- The rapidly changing market in the main and ancillary building trades requires companies to constantly develop new strategies in the acquisition and implementation of complex building tasks. In particular, the combination of construction and maintenance services requires new methods in the organization of construction operations. The control of such construction processes is one of the management tasks of the future.Students should be enabled to process complex offers with new methods and to rethink projects in their life cycle.Course contents

 In this project, students learn to acquire, prepare and implement projects in an innovative way.

 They should learn to master the modern procedures. The students are able to structure and work on a complex construction task with a high degree of professional realism, systematically and goal-oriented.

 They can work independently and organize the process of project work independently and on their own responsibility, they recognize information deficits and independently develop possible solutions, they further develop their ability to cooperate and communicate by working in a project team.

- The module will be conducted as a project. The students work out different project goals on the basis of a selected question and transfer them to the concrete application examples.
