The HR Department ensures all arising processes in all aspects of the topics of job vacancies and staffing as well as the support, advice and assistance to employees and the office during the existing service and employment relationship up to retirement/resignation. Here the concerns of the university community as well as people who are interested in the university are always in the focus. We offer intensive consulting and support services for all stakeholders involved in human resources, from the university administration to the employees and the various bodies. While we do always proceed in a solution and target-oriented manner and are committed to the motto "Enabling instead of allowing" within the framework of the legal possibilities.
The HR Department is divided into the areas "Professorships, Civil Servants, W pay grade", "Tariff-based and adjunct staff".
