The Center for Multimedia und IT-Applications (ZeMIT) is an overarching organisation of the Faculty of Business Management and Social Sciences. Its tasks are the support and assistance for specific IT applications in various branches like e-Commerce and e-Health as well as ERP (Enterprice Resource Plannung) software. The ZeMIT also serves as competence center for e-Learning applications at the Faculty of Business Management and Social Sciences and runs the the multimedia speech lab of the faculty and four IT teaching rooms with modern equipment.

The ZeMIT is an autonomous, study programme-overarching lab, run by professors and staff of the faculty. It bundles up the competencies for highly-innvoative and complex applications within the faculty. The lab cooperates which other labs of the faculty and uses their IT basic services.
